Ukrainian poetess, novelist, pedagogue, playwright, journalist, scientist, researcher of Ukrainian symbolism and customs. Member of the National Union of Writers of Ukraine.
Biography
She was born on August 19, 1952 in the village of Rekshin, Berezhansky district of Ternopil region. She graduated from the Philological Faculty of Lviv University in 1975. After her studies, she worked as a teacher, literary editor, journalist of district newspapers in Zbarazh and Skole, as well as in the editorial office of the newspaper at the Mikroprilad production association.
In 1991, she founded the Private Author's School, and from 2000 to 2006 she was the director of the "Trivita" Author's School. In 2005-2009, she hosted the author's programs at the Lviv Television Studio.
Creativity
The author of numerous books for children and adults, including:
- Poetry collections: "Solar music", "Land between fires", "From the depths", "Stritenny", "Exit".
- Art and educational books: "Thirty-ninth kingdom", "Code of Ukrainian embroidery", "Golden Danube", "Troyderevo".
- Scientific explorations: "Journey to a Ukrainian fairy tale", "Pedagogy of love", "From the beginning of the world. Ukraine in symbols".
Her works for children, such as stories, fairy tales and fables, are united by the common theme of Goodness, Love and Beauty.
Achievements
Laureate of the Literary Award "Blagovist" in 2005. Her works are widely published and recognized for their cultural and educational significance.
Contribution to pedagogy and cultural development
As a teacher and head of author's schools, she made a significant contribution to the development of children's literature and education in Ukraine, actively studying Ukrainian culture and traditions.
