Ukrainian publisher, journalist and cultural manager
Education and early career
She was born on May 1, 1978 in Lviv. Graduate of Lviv National University (2000). She took her first steps in journalism during her studies, working in 1997-1998 in the newspaper "Moloda Halychyna"**.
Experience in cultural initiatives
From 1998 to 2002, she was the press secretary of the artistic association "Dzyga", which became one of the leading centers of cultural life in Lviv. At the same time, she performed the functions of executive producer of FM-station "Radio Initiative" — media project "Dzyga", marked by an innovative approach to the formation of urban cultural space.
Journalistic career
In 2003, she returned to active journalistic activities. At first, she covered Ukrainian politics in Lvivska Gazeta", and later worked as a reporter for the "Voice of America" radio. As a freelance journalist, her materials appeared in BusinessWeek, Transitions Online, The Ukrainian Observer and in a number of authoritative Ukrainian and international publications: Krytika, Dzerkalo tyzhnia, Novoe vremya, Den, Я, Esquire Ukraine, Eurozine, Visegrad Insight, The Interpreter, Transit, Res Publica Nowa, Gazeta Wyborcza, Dwutygodnik, etc.
She also had experience in the field of branding and strategic communications, working in the consulting company pro.mova.
Publishing and editorial activities
From 2011 to 2015, she was an employee of the publishing house and magazine "Krytyka", where she headed editorial projects, and from 2013 to 2015 she was the "responsible editor of the magazine". During this period, she also joined the analytical project "Critical decisions", dedicated to reforms and social changes in Ukraine.
In 2015, she founded the independent publishing imprint TAO, under which the first published book was the biography of Elon Musk by Ashley Vance - "Elon Musk: Tesla, SpaceX and the way to a fantastic future."
International recognition and public activity
In 2014, it was included in the prestigious list of New Europe 100 — a ranking of innovators in Central and Eastern Europe, organized by Res Publica Nowa, Visegrad Fund, Google and Financial Times.
- She was a member of the editorial board of Eurozine (2016–2018);
- Member of the Nestor group — a platform for strategic thinking about the future of Ukraine;
- Joined the Supervisory Board of the Institute of Cultural Strategy in Lviv.
